Nosebag Fine Foods was formed in 2006 and is based in a 5,000 sq. ft. modern premises just off the Nangor Road, Dublin 12. This has been approved to the E.U. standard by the H.S.E. and our factory approval number is IE4036EU.
We have a full-time staff of 15 who are trained to a high level of knowledge of all of our Quality and H.A.C.C.P. procedures.
Between them, our directors have over 60 years of experience in the Irish food industry.
Derek Mc Loughlin (Managing Director) has been an Executive Head Chef for over 30 years and is a Fellow of the World Masterchefs Association.
Fiona Gallagher (Operations Director) has been a Quality Control Manager in the food production industry for over 15 years and is responsible for all of our quality and H.A.C.C.P. controls.
We have a modern fleet of 3 refrigerated vans which ensures there is always cover in case of emergency.
In July 2014 we acquired a company called Creative Chefs and began to produce ready to heat meals for 20 creches around the Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare areas. This new venture has gone from strength to strength and at the moment we are actively seeking to expand our creche customer base.
